Located in the Santa Monica Mountains overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Promises Treatment Centers stands as the premiere treatment center for addiction and dual diagnosis. Led by Addiction Psychiatrist Dr. David Sack, the program is clinically rigorous while offering a wide variety of treatment modalities, from the classic one-on-one therapy to neurofeedback and acupuncture.
Every client receives one-on-one time with their psychiatrist, individual therapist, and family therapist. They also participate in process groups, meditation, physical activity (gym, walks on the beach, tennis, swimming), neurofeedback (EEG Biofeedback), EMDR (particularly for those who have experienced trauma), equine-assisted psychotherapy, and other alternative therapies.
Promises asks clients to rate how likely they would recommend the program to a friend or family member upon completing their treatment – and almost every single client, greater than 95 percent, said they absolutely would recommend the program.
