Promises West LA
The original location of Promises Treatment Centers is in a quiet Westside neighborhood known as Mar Vista. The main campus has cottages and a beautiful Craftsman home. The Promises West LA campus offers an affordable option for those who want the Promises clinical program but do not require the type of surroundings Malibu offers. The West LA program is unique in that it offers 90 days of treatment for what would typically be the cost for a 30-day program. The first 30 days are spent in primary treatment on the main campus. Then students graduate to the day program and move into beautiful sober living homes near the campus. They then attend the day program for 5 weeks, then the intensive outpatient program for 3 weeks.

Minimum stay: 30days; can stay up to 90 days for cost of 30 day program (in sober living homes for last 60 days)
What they treat: alcohol or drug dependence; dual diagnosis: trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD and other emotional/behavioral issues when they are secondary to substance abuse.
